I have enjoyed countless of rounds of vingt-et-un. I began working my way into the casinos when I was 16. I have bet on online vingt-et-un, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a short while. With all that said I have still spent a lot of money at 21. The casinos have made it almost impossible to beat the game.
I still enjoy the game and wager on a frequent basis. Over the years I have bet on a type of twenty-one called "The Take it Leave it Method". You definitely will not get rich with this tactic or beat the casino, however you will have an abundance of fun. This tactic is based on the idea that blackjack appears to be a game of runs. When you’re on fire your on fire, and when you’re not you’re NOT!
I play basic strategy 21. When I lose I wager the lowest amount allowed on the next hand. If I lose again I bet the table minimum on the next hand again etc. Whenever I profit I take the payout paid to me and I bet the initial bet again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I win again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original wager. I keep wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I don’t win I lower the wager back down to the original bet.
I am very strict and never "chicken out". It gets extremely enjoyable on occasion. If you succeed at a few hands in sequence your wagers go up very quickly. Before you know it you are gambling $100-200/ hand. I have had great runs a couple of times now. I left a $5 table at the Luxor a few years ago with $750 after 30 mins using this method! And a couple of weeks ago in Macau I left a table with $1200!
You need to comprehend that you can relinquish a great deal faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more exciting. And you will be amazed at the runs you see wagering this way. Here is a guide of what you would wager if you continue winning at a $5 game.
Bet $5
Take five dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial $5 bet
Wager $5
Leave $5 paid to you for a total bet of $10
Wager ten dollar
Take $10 paid-out to you, leave the original 10 dollar wager
Bet ten dollar
Leave 10 dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of 20 dollar
Wager twenty dollar
Take twenty dollar paid to you, leave the first twenty dollar wager
Wager 20 dollar
Leave $20 paid to you for a total wager of forty dollar
Bet $40
Take forty dollar paid to you, leave the original $40 wager
Bet $40
Leave 40 dollar paid to you for a total bet of $80
Bet 80 dollar
Take $80 paid to you, leave the first eighty dollar bet
Wager 80 dollar
Leave 80 dollar paid to you for a total bet of 160 dollar
Wager one hundred and sixty dollar
Take 160 dollar paid to you, leave the original one hundred and sixty dollar bet
If you left at this moment you would be up $315 !!
It’s hard to go on a streak this long, but it can happen. And when it does you can NOT alter and drop your bet or the end result will not be the same.
