I have gambled on countless of hands of chemin de fer. I began working my way into the gambling halls when I was 16. I have played online 21, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a short while. With all that said I have still lost a lot of cash at blackjack. The gambling dens have made it very hard to defeat the casino.
I still enjoy the game and bet on a frequent basis. Over this time period I have gambled on a variation of twenty-one called "The Take it Leave it Method". You won’t get flush with this method or defeat the house, nonetheless you will have an abundance of fun. This method is founded on the idea that blackjack seems to be a game of streaks. When you’re hot your hot, and when you are not you are NOT!
I gamble with basic strategy chemin de fer. When I don’t win I bet the table minimum on the next hand. If I lose again I bet the table minimum on the next hand again etc. As soon as I win I take the winnings paid to me and I bet the original wager again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I win again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original wager. I keep betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I do not win I lower the action back down to the original bet.
I am very disciplined and never "chicken out". It gets extremely fun sometimes. If you win a few hands in sequence your bets go up very quick. Before you know it you are wagering $100-200per hand. I have had great runs a couple of times now. I left a $5 table at the MGM a few years back with $750 after 45 minutes using this tactic! And a couple of days ago in Las Vegas I left a table with $1200!
You have to comprehend that you can lose a lot faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more thrilling. And you will be astonished at the streaks you witness betting this way. Here is a chart of what you would bet if you kept winning at a five dollar table.
Wager 5 dollar
Take 5 dollar paid to you, leave the original five dollar wager
Bet $5
Leave $5 paid-out to you for a total wager of $10
Wager 10 dollar
Take $10 paid to you, leave the first ten dollar bet
Wager ten dollar
Leave $10 paid to you for a total bet of twenty dollar
Wager $20
Take 20 dollar paid-out to you, leave the original twenty dollar wager
Bet twenty dollar
Leave 20 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of forty dollar
Bet $40
Take forty dollar paid-out to you, leave the original $40 bet
Wager forty dollar
Leave forty dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of eighty dollar
Bet eighty dollar
Take 80 dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial 80 dollar bet
Bet $80
Leave 80 dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of 160 dollar
Bet one hundred and sixty dollar
Take one hundred and sixty dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial one hundred and sixty dollar wager
If you left at this instance you would be up three hundred and 15 dollars !!
It’s hard to go on a run this long, but it does happen. And when it does you can’t deviate and drop your bet or the end result won’t be the same.
